Polycrystalline CVD diamond (Chemical vapor deposition) is an advanced technology for diamond growth. It is a method of producing synthetic diamond by creating the circumstances necessary for carbon atoms in a gas to settle on a substrate in crystalline form.
CVD diamond has no additive in it, so it has almost the same abrasion resistance and hardness with natural diamond. Besides, CVD diamond has the characteristic of optical,thermal, acoustical,electronics and mechanical stability. It has better cost performance than natural diamond in dressing & cutting tool fields.
Applications: for a range of uses spanning electronic, electro chemical, optical, thermal, and mechanical applications.

CVD diamond cubes and bars
CVD diamond cubes and bars are cut from CVD diamond thin-film by laser, which is used for making dressers and diamond rollers.
Sizes are according to the requirements. Thickness is between 0.2mm-3mm.
CVD heat spreader
CVD heat spreader is make from high quality CVD diamond by grinding, polishing(one-side polishing and double-side polishing), laser cutting. It can be applied for high-powder electronic and optoelectronic devices, such as high-powder intergrated circuits, microwave diodes and laser diodes.
It has the characteristics of excellent thermal conductivity, chemically inert, low frictional coefficient ad thermal expansion coefficient, low dielectric constant and desirable metallization layers.
